Materials are to be as specified in the drawings.  Dimensions are to be as specified in the drawings.  Tolerances are to be as specified in the drawings.

Test methods may be revised as required provided that section 3 is fully met.

Test methods may be identified or not as long as the conditions in section 3 are met.
